To: Frank Girardi [EH]
Subject: RE: Requesting quick TAT on Boring Permits for Lodi Energy Center PEA
Frank, Thanks for the quick response. We will grout them to grade with your preferred
mix.
I can't believe I didn't put that in the WP. Although in retrospect we were on a dead run
so I hope nothing else major was left out.
Thanks Gary
Gary D. I did not see a description in the WP (cursory
review). Thanks.
Frank Girardi, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
600 E. The City of Lodi, the Northern California Power Authority
(NCPA), DWR, and a variety of other partners are in the process of constructing (under
California Energy Center (CEC) oversight) a 300 megawatt power station (LEC)on a 4.4
acre portion of San Joaquin County APN 055-130-16 in Lodi, California. The LEC
will go in next to the existing White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility
8/27/2009
