COMPLAINANT CONSUMED 2 TACOS, FIANCE <br /> CONSUMED A CHICKEN SANDWICH.AT APPROXIMATELY 2:00 AM FIANCE WOKE UP ILL WITH SYMPTOMS OF <br /> SWEATING,VOMITING, DIARRHEA, STOMACH CRAMPS, FEVER AND CHILLS. DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL <br /> ATTENTION.
