I Safety Code section 25508.2. <br /> 2 4. Defendant with actual or constructive knowledge of this Injunction,only in so far as they <br /> 3 are doing business in the State of California, in the course of Defendant's RESTAURANT activities, <br /> 4 are pursuant to California Business and Professions Code,section 17204 hereby permanently <br /> 5 enjoined from: <br /> 6 a. Violating Health and Safety Code sections 25500 et seq.,described in paragraph <br /> 7 3—3(i)above. <br /> 8 5. Defendants shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> 9 ($15,000.00),as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Health and Safety Code§25515.5. Said <br /> 10 payments shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 11 Environmental Crimes Unit,as per the following: <br /> 12 WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THIS ORDER IS SIGNED AND <br /> 13 DELIVERED TO BOTH PARTIES -$7,500.00,made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 14 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT—ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION <br /> 15 TRUST; and <br /> 16 WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THIS ORDER IS SIGNED AND <br /> 17 DELIVERED TO BOTH PARTIES -$7,500.00,made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 18 OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY. <br /> 19 6. Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS($5,000.00),as <br /> 20 and for civil penalties,pursuant to Business and Professions Code sections 17206. Said payments <br /> 21 shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and delivered to the San <br /> 22 Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney,Environmental Crimes Unit, WITHIN FIVE <br /> 23 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THIS ORDER IS SIGNED AND DELIVERED TO BOTH PARTIES. <br /> 24 7. Defendant shall fund Environmental Training Programs in the amount of FIVE <br /> 25 THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00),as special projects, commonly known as Supplemental <br /> 26 Environmental Projects,as described below. The payment shall be due and payable to the below <br /> 27 mentioned agencies, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 28 Environmental Crimes Unit, WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THIS ORDER IS SIGNED <br /> -3- <br /> PERMANENT INJUNCTION AND FINAL JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO STIPULATION <br />
