STREET, WOODBRIDGE, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
We have reviewed your 31 May 1990 Remedial Action Plan prepared for the
subject site. Bioremediation is proposed to break down the hydrocarbons in
the contaminated soil on site.
Runoff from the stockpile will have to be fully contained and treated prior to
disposal . All monitoring results should be submitted to our office.
As discussed in our 9 May 1990 letter, at least one additional well should be
installed downgradient of the excavated area to assess the quality of the
potentially-impacted ground water. All wells should be sampled quarterly for
benzene, ethylbenzene, toluene, xylene, lead, total petroleum hydrocarbons,
and water levels.
If you have any questions, please call me at (916) 361-5673.
TWILA_ L, EG!ERC_ _..___
-
Area Engineer
TLL
cc: L s• Eleanor Ratliff, San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Stockton
