Dear Mr. Hill: At your request and with your authorization, ENGEO coordinated the destruction of groundwater monitoring wells identified as MW-S1, MW-S2, MW-S3, MW-S4 and MW-S5 at the subject site. The subject wells were located south of Madruga Road in Lathrop on the parcels identified as APN 241- 02-070 for MW-S1 and APN 241-03-013 for MW-S2 through MW-S5. The purpose of our services was to confirm that the well destruction was accomplished in general conformance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, the California Department of Water Resources Standards and the above-referenced approved Work Plan. The monitoring well destruction was coordinated by ENGEO and the wells were abandoned on June 20, 2018. An ENGEO representative was onsite during well destruction activities, and a San Joaquin County inspector conducted a site visit to observe the procedures.
