S':M iA0Y <br /> American Environmental :Management Corporation (AE- MC) constructed, <br /> developed , and sampled three shallow groundwater monitoring wells <br /> at the Beck Development site in Tracy, California. Toluene , the <br /> only_analyte detected in the samples, was reported at less than <br /> one part per billion (ppb) in one downgradient well. The state <br /> agencies ' action level for toluene in groundwater is 100 ppb. <br />
