AERIC was retained by Beck Development to investi;ate the presence <br /> of a large , concrete oil storage facility, and/or oil contamina— <br /> tion of soil on their property southwest of Tracy, California <br /> (see Figure 1 for site location). The storage facility was <br /> found. Petroleum constituents were detected in samples taken <br /> from the soil contained in the storage facility. For these <br /> results, please refer to our 13 October 1986 report. Site his— <br /> tory and facility description are also included in that report. <br /> Based upon the findings of the 13 October 1986 report, Beck directed <br /> AEMC to construct three shallow groundwater monitoring wells at <br /> the site. This report describes the well drilling, development, <br /> sampling , and sample analysis performed . <br /> 1 <br />
