5 . The property was later sold to a Mr. Mitoso <br /> Kagehro for agricultural purposes . <br /> 6 . The property was sold by Mr. Kagehro to the <br /> Beck Development Company who presently owns the <br /> property. When the Beck Company bought the property, <br /> there was no visible indication that the storage <br /> facility ever existed nor was the Beck Comnpany <br /> made aware of the prior existence of the storage <br /> facility. The parcel had been leveled and was/is <br /> being used to grow food crops . <br /> 7. At the beginning of the investigation, there had <br /> been no information found to indicate whether the <br /> storage tank was removed (partially or completely) <br /> or filled in and covered with soil. An assump— <br /> tion was made that the tank would be less than <br /> 15 feet below present grade. <br /> S. By overlaying the photograph on the tract map, it <br /> has been estimated that the tank was (is) approxi— <br /> mately 600 ± feet x 1,200 ± feet in size. <br /> 3 <br />
