The limits of the Eleventh Street <br /> project will be at Corral Hollow Road to the west and at MacArthur Drive to the east; a distance <br /> of approximately 2 miles. Figure 1 shows the extent of the project. <br /> This Work Plan was initiated because petroleum hydrocarbon odors were noted in soils beneath <br /> 324 East Eleventh Street during trenching activities for the installation of telephone lines on <br /> April 16, 1993 (Figure 2). The area of concern was immediately backfilled. In the event that <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon impacted soils are encountered during activities related to the Eleventh <br /> Street improvements, RESNA Industries, on behalf of the City of Tracy, proposes the removal <br /> of the soil. <br /> PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The following scope of work will be performed under the supervision of RESNA personnel in <br /> accordance with the Site Safety and Health Plan (Attachment 1). <br /> WPO42793.FNL <br />
