VIC, "..3 <br /> MAY 10 1"3 <br /> Workplan for Soil Excavation ENVIRONMENTALH�,�1,L.TH <br /> City of Tracy <br /> 11th Street, Tracy, CA PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> Page 3 <br /> • Reduce the average levels of total oil and grease concentrations in the soil to less than <br /> 800 mg/kg, employing analytical method SM5520 OF to quantify the levels; and/or, <br /> • Utilize the soil after the 800 mg/kg clean-up level has been achieved, as roadbase for <br /> future road construction projects in the City of Tracy. <br /> In the event that gasoline impacted soils are encountered, the soil will be transported to the <br /> Tracy Airport Land Treatment Facility and placed into a lined treatment cell for aeration. The <br /> San Joaquin County Air Pollution Control District will be notified and the necessary permits will <br /> be obtained prior to beginning treatment. In the event that the scope of work outlined in the <br /> Work Plan is not appropriate to the soils, an addendum(s) to the Work Plan will be submitted <br /> to the Regional Water Quality Control Board for review and approval. The Site Health and <br /> Safety Plan will also be amended to include additional proposed activities. <br /> Reporting <br /> Following completion of excavation and sampling activities and receipt of laboratory analyses, <br /> the field activities and findings will be summarized in a technical report.
