The scope of work includes <br /> groundwater sampling. The results from the ESA will be presented in a report. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> EMCON will conduct a Phase I ESA of the property consistent with the American Society <br /> for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Practice E 1527-94 for Phase I ESAs. The assessment will <br /> be conducted under three tasks: 1) review of site records and historic land use; 2) site visit <br /> and groundwater sampling; and 3) preparation of report including analytical results. <br /> Task 1 - Records Review <br /> EMCON will complete the following activities in conjunction with a database search firm: <br /> • Review available aerial photographs, Sanborn maps, U.S. Geological Survey <br /> topographic maps, and building permits to determine historical property use for the <br /> subject and adjacent properties. Acquisition and/or review of a chain-of-title report <br /> is not included in this scope of work. <br /> • Review selected federal databases to identify previous and current site and adjacent <br /> property uses that may have adversely impacted the subject site.
