10 February 2012 <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 98-0533 <br /> Page 2 of 2 1 <br /> -fih,k- <br /> A tWck grout mixture (six gallons of ater to 94-lbs cement) will be pumped into the well <br /> casing under approximately pounds per square inch (psi) of pressure. The well will <br /> then be excavated to appro imately 3 feet below surface grade (bsg). The top 2.5 feet of <br /> the well casing will then be cut and removed and grout will be used to FII the boring to <br /> approximately 0.5 feet above the top of the well casing.
