Lodi Airport Page 2 of 2 <br /> May 28, 2013 <br /> 23987 North Highway 99 <br /> Acampo, California 95220 <br /> • The nearest on-site domestic well is approximately forty-five feet from the most <br /> impacted soil petroleum hydrocarbon contamination. <br /> • TPH-ag was detected at 6,400 milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg) at approximately three <br /> feet below surface grade (bsg) in soil sample P-4 on 18 June 1999 and remedial efforts <br /> have not been implemented; <br /> • As stated in the second paragraph above, high concentrations of TPH-ag, benzene, <br /> toluene, and ethylbenzene were detected in soil gas samples collected from soil vapor <br /> samples V100 through V102; this followed the collection of soil gas samples in March <br /> 2009 in which TPH-ag was detected at 1,960,000 micrograms per cubic meter (pg/m3), <br /> 73,500 Ng/m3, and 138,000 pg/m3 in soil gas samples V6, V7 and V8, respectively (well <br /> above the ESL of 29,000 pg/m3). <br /> Based on the information presented above, the EHD does not consider this site ready for <br /> closure consideration at this time. As stated in an EHD email dated 07 March 2013 to AGE, the <br /> risk to human health posed by the site specific conditions, listed in the bullets above, must be <br /> adequately addressed.
