<br /> As a responsible party, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) directed
<br /> you by letter dated December 4, 2007, to submit all past-due reports within fourteen days, continue
<br /> quarterly groundwater monitoring and reporting to this agency, and complete fieldwork by January
<br /> 31, 2008,for the advancement of ten soil borings to collect soil gas samples.
<br /> To date, the EHD has not received the reports for the third and fourth quarterly groundwater
<br /> monitoring events for 2007; nor has fieldwork involving the collection of soil gas samples been
<br /> completed. In order to discuss your failure to comply with the EHD directives, a meeting has been
<br /> scheduled for March 10, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at the EHD, 600 East Main Street, Stockton, California.
<br /> Failure to appear or to respond prior to this meeting date may result in a referral to the Central Valley
<br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board for enforcement action.
