INTRODUCTION
At the request of Mr Robert Kupka of Lodi Airport,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE)has
' prepared this quarterly report for the property located at 23987 North Highway 99, Acampo,
California(site) The scope of work included quarterly ground water monitoring and preparation of
this report The location of the site and the immediately surrounding area are illustrated on Figure
' 1, structures, former UST locations, monitoring well and soil boring locations are illustrated on
Figure 2 Background information is included as Appendix A
' 2.0. E J
PROC DURES
' Field work was performed in accordance with guidelines established by the California Regional
Water Quality Control Board-Central Valley Region for investigation of underground storage tank
(UST) sites
21 QUARTERLY WELL MONITORING PROCEDURES
The fourth quarterly ground water monitoring event was performed on 02 December 2005, ground
water monitoring was performed on monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-3 Additionally, the on-
site domestic well was sampled
Well onitoring and Evacuation
' On 02 December 2005, a Solinst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water
in all three monitoring wells relative to the tops of the well casings After the depth-to-ground water
measurements were collected, casing water in the monitoring wells was evacuated using polyvinyl
' chloride (PVC) disposable bailers Approximately 2 to 2 25 gallons of water were evacuated from
each of the monitoring wells, equivalent to three casing-water volumes per well ,
' Temperature, pH and conductivity were measured at 1-gallon intervals, using an Oakton water
analyzer to monitor pH, temperature and conductivity of the purged water, the field data logs are
' provided in Appendix B Purged water was temporarily stored on-site in 55-gallon drums
' 2 12 Collection and Analysis of Ground Water Samples
• Water samples were collected from each monitoring well using new disposable bailers after allowing
' Advanced GeoEnvirondnental,Inc
I I i
