Victor Rd. in <br /> Lodi. Any requests for a <br /> public hearing should also be sent to the DHS address. The <br /> request must state the issue to be raised. If a public hearing <br /> is held, notice will be given 30 days prior to the date. <br /> At the close of the comment period, DHS will make the final <br /> decision after considering all comments. The public <br /> repositories will contain a record of the decision. <br />
