GROUND WATER MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM <br /> FOR <br /> DALLAS CORPORATION, DBA OVERHEAD/LODI DOOR COMPANY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN CO. <br /> Overhead/Lodi Door shall adhere to the following specifications for the <br /> monitoring of ground water. Monitoring of ground water surface elevations and <br /> water quality shall be performed guarterly. Quarterly monitoring shall <br /> include wells MW-1 , MW-2, MW-3, MW-4, and MW-5. Specific details of <br /> monitoring and reporting are listed below. <br /> Monitoring well number 5 is scheduled to be completed before 31 May 1989. <br /> GROUND WATER MONITORING <br /> 1 . The following water level measurements shall be made for each well . U U <br /> a. Depth to water under static conditions measured to the nearest u <br /> 0.01 ft. <br /> b. Depth to water after pumping measured to the nearest 0.01 ft. <br /> 2. The following records shall be made for purging of each well . <br /> a. Purge pumping rate. U U <br /> b. Total volume of water purged. <br /> C. Casing volume. <br /> d. Number of casing volumes purged. <br /> e. Electrical Conductivity, pH, and temperature of water taken at <br /> regular intervals throughout the purging process (at the <br /> beginning of purging and after each casing'volume) . <br /> Wells shall be purged a minimum of three casing volumes and until EC, pH, and <br /> temperature have stabilized. �Ir <br /> 3. Water samples shall be analyzed for the following: L <br /> CONSTITUENT UNITS <br /> pH pH units <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/L <br /> Electrical Conductivity microsiemens <br /> Total Alkalinity mg CaCO3/L <br /> Calcium mg/L, meq/L <br /> Magnesium mg/L, meq/L <br /> Sodium mg/L, meq/L <br /> Potassium mg/L, meq/L <br />
