GROUND WATER MONITORING AND -2- <br /> REPORTING PROGRAM FOR <br /> DALLAC CORPORATION,DBA OVERHEAD/ <br /> LODI DOOR COMPANY <br /> CONSTITUENT UNITS <br /> Carbonate mg/L, meq/L <br /> Bicarbonate mg/L, meq/L <br /> Chloride mg/L, meq/L <br /> Sulfate mg/L, meq/L <br /> Nitrate mg/1 , meq/1 <br /> Iron mg/L <br /> Manganese mg/L <br /> Chromium (total ) ug/L <br /> Nickel ug/L <br /> 4. Analysis for phthalates shall be run by EPA Method 606. This analysis <br /> shall be conducted on wells MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, and MW-5, on an annual <br /> basis. If the first test on any well is positive, the test shall be <br /> conducted monthly on that well until six consecutive tests are non- <br /> detectable. <br /> 5. Results of any other analyses performed, but not requested herein shall <br /> be reported along with the requested information. <br /> 6. At least one field blank, one blind duplicate, and one lab spiked sample <br /> shall be run for each of the analyses specified above. <br /> 7. The QA/QC Program will remain same as in the past with prudent practice <br /> to prevent contamination. <br /> REPORTING <br /> 1. In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data <br /> in tabular form so that the date, the constituents, and the <br /> concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in <br /> such a manner to illustrate clearly the compliance with this monitoring <br /> order. <br /> 2. Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by <br /> the 15th day of the following month. <br /> 3. The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the <br /> locations specified in the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be <br /> reported to the Board. <br /> 4. Reporting of monitoring shall include copies of field data, to be signed <br /> by the person performing sampling, chain of custody forms, and copies of <br /> lab reports. <br />
