, l
GROUND WATER MONITORING AND -3-
REPORTING PROGRAM FOR
DALLAC CORPORATION,DBA OVERHEAD/
LODI DOOR COMPANY
5. The water level information required in item 1, above, shall be
presented in a table along with the reference point elevation, the
ground surface elevation for each well , and the date and time the water
level measurements were taken. An accurate site map should be included
showing the water level elevation at each well location, and the
magnitude and direction of the ground water gradient. The gradient
should be calculated twice, using two different combinations of three of
the four wells, MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, and MW-5.
6. A cation-anion balance shall be calculated from the milliequivalent
concentrations determined in item 3, above. Discrepancies in the
balance of greater than 5% shall be addressed, but this shall not delay
the initial submittal of the monitoring results.
6. Annual reports shall be submitted summarizing the year-long monitoring
results, discussing trends and changes in water quality, and discussing
variations in the magnitude and direction of ground water flow over the
course of the year. This report shall include recommendations for
further monitoring. The annual report shall be prepared and signed by a
State of California registered civil engineer, registered geologist, or
certified engineering geologist.
Ordered by
WILLIAM H. CROOKS, Executive Officer
(date)
RLN/JKW
