Water Level Measurements - the ing measurements shall be <br /> made for each well. <br /> a. Depth to water under static itions - measured to <br /> the nearest 0. 01 ft. <br /> b. Reference point elevation - meas a to 0. 01 ft. <br /> c. Water surf ce vation - calculate from the above <br /> measurements <br /> d. Depth to wa a after i - measured to 0. 01 ft. <br /> e. Ground surfa elevatio - s red to 0. 1 ft. <br /> f. Date- and time each urement <br /> 2 .
