CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> 3443 ROUTIER ROAD <br /> SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA 95827 <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF <br /> A CLEANUP AND ABATEMENT ORDER <br /> FOR <br /> DALLAS CORPORATION, DBA OVERHEAD/LODI DOOR COMPANY, <br /> LODI, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> The California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, <br /> (hereafter Board) will hold a public hearing to consider the issuance of a <br /> Cleanup and Abatement Order (C&A) to the Dallas Corporation, dba Overhead/Lodi <br /> Door Company (0/LDC) pursuant to Section 13304 of the California Water Code. <br /> Specifically, the Board will consider adoption of a C&A Order to determine the <br /> extent of ground water pollution resulting from historic discharges to a <br /> former surface impoundment at the 0/LDC facility. The C&A Order further <br /> requires the remediation of polluted ground water. The hearing will be held <br /> as follows: <br /> DATE: 28 February 1992 <br /> TIME: 9:00 am <br /> PLACE: State Capitol <br /> Room 444 <br /> (11th between L and N Streets) <br /> Sacramento, California <br /> At the hearing, the Board's staff, the Discharger, and other interested <br /> persons will have an opportunity to present evidence concerning the proposed <br /> issuance of the Cleanup and Abatement Order. The Discharger and interested <br /> persons may, but need not be represented by counsel . Written copies of <br /> testimony to be presented at the hearing should be `urnished to the Board on <br /> or before 21 February 1992. <br /> The Regional Board file on the Overhead/Lodi Door Company is open for public <br /> inspection by appointment from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays at the above <br /> address.
