CLEANUP AND ABATEMENT ORDER NO. -4- FOR DALLAS CORP. , DBA OVERHEAD/LODI DOOR COMPANY LODI, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY 23. Any person affected adversely by this action of the Board may petition the State Water Resources Control Board (State Board) to review the action. The petition must be received by the State Board within 30 days of the date on which this Order was adopted by the Board. Copies of the law and regulations applicable to filing petitions will be provided upon request. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, pursuant to Sections 13267 and 13304 of the California Water Code, the Discharger shall : 1 . Submit a technical report by 1 July 1992 which defines the lateral and �Vl' vertical extent of ground water pollution originating from the previously operating surface impoundment. Additional downgradient wells shall be operative no later than 1 May 1992. 2. Submit a report by 1 July 1992 with recommendations to replace or modify existing wells to ensure continuous monitoring of the ground water pollution plume and compliance with Ground Water Monitoring and Reporting Program, Order No. 90-803. 3. Submit a comprehensive technical report by 1 September 1992 for ground water cleanup (cleanup plan) . The cleanup plan shall include a description `0� of the techniques proposed for cleanup of the lateral and vertical extent [k1 of the pollutant plume(s) , the expected effectiveness of the proposed cleanup, and a time schedule for implementation and completion of the cleanup. 4. Begin cleanup of the ground water in accordance with the cleanup plan time schedule, but no later than 15 January 1993. IF I, WILLIAM H.
