The CP is for the closure of the former <br /> hazardous waste surface impoundment. <br /> Pursuant to Title 22 , Sections 67210, et al , and Title 23 , of <br /> the California Code of Regulations, your CP is determined to <br /> be complete when all comments by DHS and CVRWQCB have been <br /> answered. The comments by the CVRWQCB are enclosed. DHS <br /> comments are: <br /> 1) Provide the facility identification information page with <br /> the updated personnel. <br /> 2) Provide an updated accurate schedule of closure <br /> activities. Include closure certification. <br /> 3 ) Expand on the verification sampling plan by stating at <br /> what depths samples will be taken. <br /> Also enclosed for your information is a table of all samples <br /> that have been analyzed for background levels. <br />
