' On each of the three data logs collected, BSK consecutively numbered the pages of each <br /> log and placed the perforation depth at the appropriate pressure interval. <br /> A review of the data log from MW-3 at the 48-foot perforation interval indicates that the <br /> tubing pressure at the jet tip ranged from approximately 4,200 to 5,600 psi, the average <br /> grout density was approximately 13.7 ppg, and grout was pumped over a 30 second period <br /> at an average rate of 1.1 bpm.
