O/LDC -4- 13 July 1987 <br /> Additional Comments <br /> James Harvey felt that we had been delinquent in responding in <br /> writing to Dallas Corporation proposals. In reality, we have <br /> commented twice on the O/LDC HAR work process, but had not been <br /> provided with any written revision to the work plan. <br /> Dallas plans tentatively to proceed with the work outlined in the <br /> original HAR work plan and the closure plan amendment. <br /> MEETING SUMMARY <br /> Progress has been made toward agreement on much of the work <br /> necessary to complete an acceptable HAR for the O/LDC surface <br /> impoundment. Considerable disagreement still exists, however, on <br /> the scope of the ground water investigation. <br /> k' <br />
