KLEINFELDER & ASSOCIATES File: W-2001-1 <br /> Lodi/Overhead Door <br /> October 24, 1985 <br /> Page 8 <br /> Sub-Task 5.2 Surface Impoundment Assessment Report - _Phase_I_ <br /> A report will be written addressing the following: Yf1 �A oJ - <br /> ° Site History <br /> ° Sample Collection <br /> ° Boring Logs <br /> Laboratory Analysis <br /> ° Chain-of-Custory Documentation <br /> ° Site Plan <br /> ° Findings and Recommendations <br /> ° Proposal for Scope of Work - Phase II ( if required) <br /> The report ( 5 copies) will be sent to Overhead/Lodi Door for <br /> review and subsequent transmittal of the report to DHS and RWQCB. <br /> Based upon a final report, recommendations for the full closure <br /> plan will be developed and initialed upon concurrence by <br /> Overhead/Lodi Door, DHS and RWQCB. <br /> Task 6 Oil Contaminated Soil Assessment <br /> To characterize soil in the oil contaminated area, two 5-point <br /> composite surface samples will be collected and analyzed. The <br /> samples will be analyzed for total hydrocarbons and purgeable <br /> organics using EPA Method 8020 . <br /> This sampling and analysis will be the basis for a recommendation <br /> to Overhead/Lodi Door, concerning the removal and disposition of <br /> this soil. This task will address violation No. 8 in the DOHS <br /> order. <br />
