INTRODUCTION <br /> This report presents the results of the ground water <br /> investigation at the Lodi, California metal fabrication facility <br /> owned and operated by Overhead/Lodi Door, Inc. (O/LD). The site <br /> is shown on Plate 1. <br /> This investigation was performed in response to a compliance <br /> order issued by the California Department of Health Services <br /> (DOHS) dated June 24 , 1985. The compliance order required sub- <br /> mittal of a closure plan for surface impoundment on the site. <br /> The primary purpose of this ground water investigation was to <br /> assess the impact of the surface impoundment on ground water and <br /> for preparation of the closure plan. <br /> II .
