Incomplete tank assessment for the wastewater treatment plant. A revised Tank and <br />Containment Assessment has been prepared for the wastewater tank(s) and for the caustic tank. <br />Copies are enclosed. <br />Item 10. Waste minimization certification. Please see the certification and request enclosed. <br />Item 33. Annual financial assurance. Please see the certification and closure cost estimate <br />enclosed. <br />Item 49. A written training program not available on site. Please see the Personnel Training write <br />up enclosed. <br />Items 18, 19, 21, 24, 27, 28, 31, 32, 33, 48, 50 & 53, relating to the SPCC. Please see the revised <br />SPCC enclosed, along with a copy of training checklist for oil handling personnel covering <br />training conducted on May 26, 2011. <br />Certification of Return to Compliance is enclosed. <br />Thank you for a very thorough inspection of our facility.
