This <br />includes the wash rack, chemical storage and wastewater pretreatment <br />facility. Spills are picked up and recycled to the maximum <br />extent possible. Toe area may be neutralized and/or washed. <br />Any spil outside the contained area is contained (with earth <br />dikes, sand bags, etc.), picked up, neutralized and the area <br />cleaned. Should a release occur the <br />procedure is to stop the leak by closing the supply valve. <br />3.
