In particular, the permitee should be extremely familiar with the following Permit <br />Conditions. <br />Wastewater Discharge Limitations <br />Self -Monitoring Sample Schedule <br />Non -Transferability of Permits <br />Spill/Slug Discharge Reporting <br />Enforcement Actions and Penalties <br />-Permittee may washout only those substances note on the Approved Substances Washout List (attached) <br />-Permittee may not washout or discharge any of the substances noted on the Prohibited Substances Washout List (attached) <br />-Permittee shall perform the attached Self -Monitoring Sample Program <br />-Permittee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements of the Stockton Municipal Code, including section 13.08.250 <br />Local Lirmits, <br />-Permittee shall fully comply with all provisions, limitations, and requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. <br />including subtitles C and D of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and 40 CFR Parts 260 through 271. <br />-Permitee shall full comply with all additional Permit Conditions (attached). <br />The above named shall report to the City of Stockton Regional Wastewater Control <br />Facility, any change, (permanent or temporary) to the premise or operation that <br />significantly change the quality or volume of the wastewater discharge or deviate from <br />the terms and conditions under which this permit is granted. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE February 1, 2016 EXPIRATION DATE September 30, 2020 <br />[)Q e • Z-1 r '2,) 1 r <br />DATED <br />POST PERMIT IN PLAIN VIEW <br />APPROVED BY: -� <br />FV—Director of Municipal Utilities <br />
