El Dorado Street <br />Stockton, CA 95206 <br />Tank/system identification: <br />One 7400 gallon Cone Bottom tank, one 500 gallon and one 370 gallon flat <br />bottom, open top tanks, for storing and treating wastewater. The tanks are <br />installed in a containment area which is connected to two adjacent, empty <br />containment areas. In addition, there are three 370 gallon flat bottom, open top <br />tanks installed in a separate, covered area, used for final neutralization. <br />Date of inspections)/assessment: <br />The tanks and containment areas were inspected on April 25, 2018. <br />The tank and containment assessment was completed on May 00, 2018. <br />This report consists of /1?? pages. <br />I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under <br />my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified <br />personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted.
