PROPOSED <br /> Section Three: Residential Land Usage — 3.2 Housing Types <br /> 1. Floorplans within the project area shall range in size from lessthaR1,500 square feet <br /> or less to more than 2,300 square feet for primary residential units. <br /> 3. At least one floorplan within the project area shall provide, as an option to the <br /> homebuyer, a second unit dwelling, or carriage unit, with separate entry, kitchen <br /> and bath. Residential lots including a second unit dwelling shall provide garage <br /> parking for one additional automobile. Floorplans that include the option for a-second <br /> unit dwelling or carriage Unit shall be plotted on a minimum of 10% of residential-lots <br /> within the project-area. <br /> 4. At least one floorplan within the project area shall have a livable area(interior of the <br /> house, not including the garage) of not more than 1,500 square feet. Such <br /> floorplans shall be plotted on a minimum of 10% of residential lots within the <br /> project area. The developer may satisfy both this condition and Section 3.2.3 by <br /> providing a single floorplan that has a primary unit of 1,500 square feet or less and a <br /> second unit dwelling. This floorplan shall be plotted on 1010 of the lots within the <br /> project area. <br /> 5. Floorplans including a 3f4 third-story element may be iocated anywhere within the <br /> project area.
