The project shall include single family detached, duplex and triplex units. <br /> 2. A minimum of three different architectural styles shall be provided for each floor plan. <br /> 3. Garages shall be located away from(on a different facade from)primary building entries. <br /> 4. Special attention should be paid to the architectural detailing of buildings on the facade <br /> with the primary pedestrian entry and on facades facing public streets, internal <br /> circulation streets,pedestrian paseos and the Linear Park. <br /> 5.
