EXISTING Section Two: Land Use-General - 2.1 Introduction The Cassano Kamilos Homes at College Park project provides Foran integration of uses acrossthe threezoning districtsoccurring within the project area. Site circulation ischaracterized by strong pedestrian connectivity throughout the site and vehicular access to residential areas via narrow,well- landscaped streets and shared driveways. (See Figure 2.1,Special Purpose Plan Map.)The layout of residential areas within the site engages those portions of Neighborhood D surrounding the project area,aswell as providing for project-oriented common areas and private outdoor areas for each dwelling unit.. Landscaping for the project shall utilize a variety of species and built elements to accomplish site- specific objectives and create a project aesthetic consistent with the common architectural theme for the neighborhood.
