PROPOSED <br /> Section Two: Land Usage-General - 2.4 Vehicular Access <br /> 1. Vehicular access to each of the sub-neighborhoodswithin the project area <br /> from surrounding public streets shall be via two orthree shared landscaped entry <br /> points(see Figure 2.1). <br /> 2. Streets and driveswithin the project area shall be privatelyowned and shall <br /> be maintained by an entity acceptable to the MHGSD. <br /> 3. Project entry points forvehiclesmay begatedtodiscouragecut-through <br /> traffic and reinforce drivers' perception that project streets are different in <br /> nature than surrounding public streets. <br /> 4. Minimum pRavement widths for project circulation streets and shared <br /> driveways within the project shall be as per street sections shown on the <br /> Tentative Map for Tracts 3670 and 3671, shown for reference here as <br /> Figure 2.4, Project Streets and Shared Drives. Minimum pavement widths <br /> shall be consistent with the section for Shared Drives on the Tentative Map <br /> for Tracts 3670 and 3671. <br /> 5. Parallel-pParking on project circulation streets and shared drives or alleys shall <br /> be prohibited. <br /> 6. Each primary dwelling unit within the project area shall provide garage <br /> parking fora minimum oftwo cars.. <br /> 7. Guest parking shall be provided in parking bays along circulation streets <br /> or located adjacent to shared drives. Parking may also be included at <br /> the end of shared drives. <br /> 8. <br />
