EXISTING <br /> Section Three: Residential Land Usage - 3.1 Introduction <br /> The Cassano Kamilos Homes at College Park project area includes both Medium- Density Residential <br /> (R-M)and Medium-High Density Residential (R-MH) uses. There are to be 99 primary R-M dwelling <br /> units within the project area,and 130 primary R-MH units. (See Figure 2.2,Zoning.)
