EXISTING Section Three: Residential Land Usage - 3.1 Introduction The Cassano Kamilos Homes at College Park project area includes both Medium- Density Residential (R-M)and Medium-High Density Residential (R-MH) uses. There are to be 99 primary R-M dwelling units within the project area,and 130 primary R-MH units. (See Figure 2.2,Zoning.) The intent of this project is to visually integrate the R-M and R-MH components to create a rich and varied tapestry of housing types,home sizes,floor plans and architectural styles. The setback and structure standards set forth in this Special Purpose Plan override and supersede standards adopted as part of previous plans,including those contained in Table 9-310.3MCP of the Mom1tainHouse Development Title,as provided for in footnote 2 of that table.
