At least onefloorplan within the projectarea shall provide,asan option to <br /> the homebuyer, a second unit dwelling, or carriage unit, with separate <br /> entry, kitchen and bath. Residential lots including a second unit dwelling <br /> shall provide garage parking for one additional automobile. Floorplans that <br /> include the option for a second unit dwelling or carriage unitshall be <br /> plotted on a minimum of 10%of residential lots within the project area. <br /> 4. At least onefloorplanwithin the projectarea shall havea livablearea <br /> (interior of the house, not including the garage)of not more than 1,500 <br /> squarefeet.
