EXISTING <br /> Section Three: Residential Land Usage — 3.3 Exterior Character of Residential Units <br /> Homes within the project area shall be built in a variety of compatible architectural styles <br /> and sited with a variety of orientations, with an emphasis on the"walk up"identity and appeal of <br /> the building: <br /> 1. The project shall include single family detached, duplex and triplex units. <br /> 2. A minimum of three different architectural styles shall be provided for each <br /> floor plan. <br /> 3. Garages shall be located away from(on a different facade from)primary <br /> building entries. <br /> 4. Special attention should bepaid tothe architectural detailing of buildingson <br /> the facade withthe primary pedestrian entryand on facades facing public <br /> streets,internal circulation streets,pedestrian paseos and the Linear Park. <br /> 5. Ganged entries to residential units shall be avoided wherever possible;each <br /> primary residential unit shall be provided with a separate,identifiable <br /> pedestrian entry area. <br /> 6. Homes shall generally be sited to face surrounding public streets, private <br /> internal circulation streets,orpedestrian paseos. <br />
