To that end, <br /> enclosed please find a letter dated December 2, 1994, to Canteen Corporation from USC <br /> requesting Canteen Corporation's response to certain issues involving the environmental <br /> contamination emanating from the Canteen Corporation property. Also requested are <br /> copies of all public documents concerning the environmental contamination. <br /> As of today's date, USC has not received any response, written or by telephone, from <br /> Canteen Corporation. <br /> USC remains willing to further discuss the environmental contamination issue with <br /> Canteen Corporation and awaits a response to the December 2, 1994 letter referenced <br /> above. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Thomas J.
