All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste' <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> During the December 4, 2014 inspection all observed hazardous waste storage containers had appropriate labels. <br /> Ensure that all containers that hold hazardous waste are marked with all the required information. As part of the return <br /> to compliance provide a statement indicating that all hazardous waste containers will be labeled as required. This is a <br /> Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> A routine inspection was conducted on December 4, 2014, and a checklist of findings was left onsite at the time of <br /> inspection. A complete report was mailed to the facility on December 8, 2014. Complete and submit a copy of the <br /> Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have <br /> been or will be taken for each above violation, and any supporting paperwork, 30 days after the receipt of this <br /> inspection report. <br /> Consent to perform the inspection, take photos and collect samples was given by Mr. Carlos Magana. <br /> This facility routinely generates used oil, used antifreeze and oil and gasoline filters. Due to the lack of disposal <br /> records it is unknown at this time how much hazardous waste was generated by this facility in the last calendar <br /> year. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.catepa.ca.gov.
