Floor ENVIRONMENT HEALTH <br /> Stockton, CA 95202-2708 KRMIT/SSERVICES <br /> ATTN: Ray Von Flue <br /> Dear Mr. Van Flue: <br /> Enclosed you will find paperwork, pictures and receipts verifying the corrections <br /> made on the violations listed on your inspection report dated December 50', 2006. <br /> Code Section 66262.11 CCR (Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste). <br /> Five gallon bucket of contaminated gasoline was stored in an approved container, <br /> and was left sitting to allow water and gasoline to separate itself. Gasoline was <br /> taken home and is being used on gardening equipment. <br /> Thirty gallon drum of used parts washer solvent was stored in a sealed container, <br /> and transported to Clean Harbors,San Joaquin County Permanent Household <br /> Waste Collection Facility, on December 29`s,2006. Sixty three pounds of solvent <br /> where disposed of at that time. Enclosed you will find a Clean Harbors receipt. <br /> Code Section 66262.12 (a) CCR (Managed a hazardous waste without an E.P.A. <br /> Identification Number). <br /> E.P.A. application was faxed in and received in the mail a new E.P.A. number. <br /> Enclosed you will find a copy of the new number issued to Guzman's Auto Repair. <br /> American Valley Waste Oil Inc. was contacted, and informed of the number change, <br /> and records were updated to show new Identification number. <br /> Code Section 66265.31 CCR (Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a <br /> hazardous waste). <br /> American Valley picked-up used oil contained in the water trough. Container was <br /> cleaned and used oil drums were placed back in the trough. All drums were cleaned <br /> and sealed to minimize spillage occurrences. Storage room was cleaned out. You <br /> will find pictures enclosed to verify the violation has been corrected. <br /> Code Section 66262.34 CCR (Failed to properly label containers of hazardous <br /> waste). <br />
