Hazardous waste labels were filled-out, and posted on all containers holding used oil <br /> and antifreeze. Enclosed you will find pictures of all labels posted unto containers. <br /> Code Section 66265.173 (a) CCR (Failed to keep containers of hazardous waste <br /> closed except when addingtremoving hazardous waste). <br /> Funnels were removed off drums and containers were closed off with caps. <br /> Code Section 25160.2 HSC (Failed to keep a copy of the consolidated manifest for <br /> three years). <br /> Enclosed you will find copies of the American Valley receipts for oil and anti-freeze <br /> pick-ups for the past two years. <br /> Code Section 66266.130 (c) CCR (Failed to "Drain of free-flowing oil (1), reclaim <br /> metal (2), close container with initial date of accumulation, Label "drained used oil <br /> filter" (3), store<1 ton/<1 year (4), Retain bill of lading for filter for 3 years (5). <br /> Oil and fuel filter were last picked-up on January 2006 as stated on label posted on <br /> drum. Filters were picked up by Hazardous Solutions on December 20, 2006, and <br /> drum was re-labeled with new accumulation start date. Enclosed you will find <br /> receipts for oil/fuel filter pick-up. <br /> Code Section 66270.14 CCR (Small Quantity handler did not mark universal waste <br /> according to this section). <br /> Fluorescent light bulbs were disposed of at Clean Harbors, San Joaquin County <br /> Permanent Household Waste Collection Facility. Receipt for disposal is enclosed. <br /> Aerosol cans are being stored on-site and labeled with new accumulation start date. <br /> Code Section 66262.31 (d) 92) CCR [Modified emergency coordinator information <br /> lacking or insufficient (as referred by CFR 262.34 (d) and CFR (e) & (f))]. <br /> Enclosed you will find a picture of the form posted next to the telephone. <br /> I have enclosed extra documentation, County of San Joaquin Office if Emergency <br /> Services, required the yearly Hazardous Materials Management, Plan/Inventory <br /> Certification Statement.
