10/4/2019 II Writer-Reports <br /> sticks, tank 1508 appeared to be the source. The operators shut down the liquid feed solenoid to tank 1508. Only <br /> authorized personnel were allowed in the area. The leak stopped. Lisa Luis called San Joaquin <br /> Environmental Health (Raza Saeed)to notify him of the situation. Haza visited the site that day. He advised to <br /> notify Cal OES as a precaution and requested a leak calculation and Incident Investigation report by 10/4/19. <br /> Overall,the leak was minor in nature and under control. No injuries reported.
