Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically <br />present at the work site who possesses a valid, current California UST Service <br />Technician certificate issued by the International Code Council (ICC), and <br />c. Possesses a valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br />component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br />5. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br />required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a complete list. <br />6. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval. If an extension to the expiration date <br />is required, a written request must be submitted to this office prior to the expiration date. <br />Note: EHD has no comment on the installation of the impact valve on Dispenser #1/2 Diesel <br />line unless the installation affects the monitoring system including the UDC sump or breaks <br />concrete.
