The diesel STP sump sensor, Dispenser #1/2 UDC sensor failed to stop the flow of product at the <br />dispenser or activate an audible and visual alarm when tested to ensure continuous monitoring of the <br />tank system. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or <br />stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The Veeder Root certified technician <br />reprogrammed the monitoring panel, retested the sensors, and they passed. Violation was corrected on <br />site. <br />999. HSC 25404 (e)(4). Electronic submittal requirement on the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) has not been met.
