All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International Code <br />Council (ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and <br />c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br />component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced; and <br />d. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of <br />training from the manufacturer of that component. <br />7. Contact Jeffrey Wong (468-0335) to arrange the following inspections. A 48-hour <br />notice is required: <br />The EHD must witness the functionality of the monitoring system to ensure that <br />monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of <br />Regulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code. All monitoring system <br />sensors must be tested. <br />8. An "Underground Storage Tank Certification of Installation/Modification" form (form C) <br />shall be submitted by the owner or the owners' agent [pursuant to (CCR) 2635(d)] before <br />this upgrade will be considered complete by EHD. <br />9. Permit expires 180 days from date of approval.
