COLI.THEY BELIEVE IT IS TIED TO THE FOUL SMELLING ICE IN THEIR WATER. 2 IN THE GROUP DRANK <br /> WATER BEFORE REALIZING THE FOUL TASTE AND SMELL. THE OTHERS IN THE GROUP DRANK BEER AND DID <br /> NOT BECOME ILL.THE 2 THAT DRANK WATER BECAME VIOLENTLY ILL ON MONDAY AND BOTH SOUGHT <br /> MEDICAL ATTENTION. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> This visit is to follow up on the handling of the ice at the facility. <br /> The facility is closed.As I was leaving I met with Jeff Edwards who is the site manager. He stated that the facility will open at 3 <br /> pm today.The ice was not set up yet. Per site manager,the ice is obtained packaged in bags from Diamond Ice in Stockton. <br /> The ice is stored in a freezer. The ice is transferred to the ice wells as needed.There are 2 ice wells. The ice wells have cold <br /> plates for the soda lines.The cold plates are divided with stainless steel. The ice wells are washed rinsed and sanitized at the <br /> end of the day.The ice used for drinking is not used for chilling purposes. Scoops are used for the ice. <br /> I was not able to collect a signature. <br /> There is no hand washing sink at the bar.
