(5) For each proposed new building, provide the following information on the plans: <br /> a. Description of proposed use <br /> b. Existing and proposed occupancy Groups <br /> c. Type of construction <br /> d. Sprinklers(Yes or No) <br /> e. Number of stories <br /> f. Building height <br /> g. Allowable floor area <br /> h. Proposed floor area <br /> i. Occupant load based on the CBC <br /> j. Occupant load based on the CPC <br /> (6) If high-poled combustible storage is to be used in a building,an automatic fire sprinkler system will <br /> be required. <br /> (7) Accessible routes shall be provided per CBC § 11 B-206. At least one accessible route shall be <br /> provided within the site from accessible parking spaces and accessible passenger loading zones; <br /> public streets and sidewalks; and public transportation stops to the accessible building or facility <br /> entrance they serve.Where more than one route is provided, all routes must be accessible. CBC <br /> § 11 B-206.2.1 <br /> (8) At least one accessible route shall connect accessible buildings, accessible facilities, accessible <br /> elements and accessible spaces that are on the same site. CBC§ 11 B-206.2.2 <br /> (9) At least one accessible route shall connect accessible building or facility entrances with all <br /> accessible spaces and elements within the building or facility, including mezzanines, which are <br /> otherwise connected by a circulation path. CBC§ 11 B-206.2.4 <br /> (10)Parking spaces will be required to accommodate persons with disabilities in compliance with <br /> Chapter 11 B of the California Building Code. Note that accessible parking spaces are required for <br /> each phase of the project. These parking space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance to the building. <br /> (11)Adequate sanitary facilities shall be provided for the facility, per the requirements of Chapter 4 of <br /> the 2016 California Plumbing Code. <br /> (12)Pursuant to Section 422.4 of the California Plumbing Code, toilet facilities shall be accessible to <br /> employees at all times, should not be more than 500 feet from where employees are regularly <br /> employed and accessible by not more than one flight of stairs. The plans shall indicated the <br /> location of the toilet facilities and the travel distance from work areas. <br /> (13)This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br /> requirements of the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 2, Chapter 2.7 <br /> 2.
