PA-1900037 AND <br /> ZONE RECLASSIFICATION APPLICATION NO. PA-1900031 OF LODI <br /> TUXEDO'S INC. (C/O PETER WESTBROOK) (APN: 015-450-27) (ADDRESS: <br /> 1026 E. MOKELUMNE STREET, WOODBRIDGE) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above-referenced applications for a General Plan Map <br /> Amendment and a Zone Reclassification. The applicant proposes to amend the General Plan <br /> designation from C/C (Community Commercial) to R/M (Medium Density Residential) and the <br /> zoning designation from C-C (Community Commercial) to R-M (Medium Density Residential). <br /> The project site consists of two (2) vacant lots totaling 13,939 square feet (0.32 acres) located on <br /> the southeast corner of E. Mokelumne Street and N. Orange Street, within the Urban Community of <br /> Woodbridge. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the applications and offers the following <br /> comments: <br /> Background <br /> On December 5, 2005, General Plan Amendment Application No. PA-0500831 and Zone <br /> Reclassification Application No. PA-0500832 were filed with the Community Development <br /> Department in order to reclassify the Zoning from C-C (Community Commercial) to R-M (Medium <br /> Density Residential) and amend the General Plan designation from C/C (Community Commercial) <br /> to R/M (Medium Density Residential). The applicant did not move forward with these applications <br /> and these applications were withdrawn on February 4, 2009. <br /> On February 26, 2019, General Plan Amendment pre-application No. PA-1900037 and Zone <br /> Reclassification pre-application No. PA-1900031 were filed with the Community Development <br /> Department in order to reclassify the Zoning from C-C (Community Commercial) to R-M (Medium <br /> Density Residential) and amend the General Plan designation from C/C (Community Commercial) <br /> to R/M (Medium Density Residential). On June 28, 2019, full applications were filed with the <br /> Community Development Department. <br /> 1 <br />
