*wSan Joaquin Valley <br /> 6hA AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT HEALTH' AIR LIVING <br /> August 7, 2019 <br /> Alisa Goulart <br /> County of San Joaquin <br /> Community Development Department <br /> Development Services Division <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Project: Early Consultation, PA-1800106 (UP, RAA) — Progressive Community <br /> Church of Stockton <br /> District CEQA Reference No: 20190976 <br /> Dear Ms. Goulart: <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District (District) has reviewed the <br /> above referenced project consisting of a Revision of Approved Action (RAA) application <br /> for a previously approved Use Permit of the expansion of a regional religious assembly. <br /> The proposed revision includes the following: <br /> • Phase 1 — remove the request for a 12,000 square foot multi-purpose building and <br /> instead propose to convert the existing 5,055 square foot residence into <br /> classrooms-, <br /> • Phase 2— replace request to convert residence into an administration building and <br /> the utilization of an existing 672 sf storage building and instead construct a 4,000 <br /> square foot addition to the classrooms and remove the 672 square foot storage <br /> building (Project). <br /> The revised project will reduce the total building square footage previously approved. The <br /> project site is located on the east side of B Street in Stockton (APN/Address: 171-190- <br /> 23, 2820 South B Street) in San Joaquin County. The District offers the following <br /> comments: <br /> 1.
